Scan with a QR reader that supports plain text. The app displays the encoded text, which can usually be copied. No internet connection is needed to read the content, but some camera apps only recognize links.
Frequently asked questions
A few things to know before you share.
Can I use emoji and other languages?
Yes. The encoder supports UTF-8 text, including emoji, accented letters and non-Latin scripts. Always test the exported code in your intended QR reader.
How much text can I add?
Capacity depends on character encoding and error correction. Long content produces a dense code. If you reach the limit, shorten the text or use a URL QR code linking to a longer document.
Are line breaks and spaces preserved?
Yes. Intentional spaces and line breaks are encoded as entered. The scanner app determines how that text is displayed.
